A practical evidence worksheet for comparing two clothing or shoe listings for the same use. This independent guide does not sell, inspect or certify products.

1. Define a comparable pair

Choose the purpose before the product. Record the original seller URL, item ID, colour, size, intended use and date checked for both candidates. Similar photos alone do not establish that two listings are the same product.

2. Keep evidence separate

Copy each measurement with its unit and method. Label seller descriptions, community photos and your own order photos separately. Missing information stays Unknown, rather than becoming a zero or a positive quality score.

3. Resolve conflicting measurements

Example: Listing A states 70 cm body length, while an order photo shows 67 cm. Keep both values and sources. Do not average them. Ask for a clear photo using the same start and end points, and compare it with a garment you own. If the method is unclear, the comparison is incomplete.

4. Compare the full cost

Record item price, domestic delivery, service charges, international freight and destination charges in the same currency. Use the same quantity and parcel assumptions. Separate estimates from paid amounts and leave unavailable charges Unknown.

5. Record the next action

Use three outcomes: Comparable, Needs evidence, or Does not meet my requirements. A missing size chart should produce a request for measurements, not an automatic recommendation. Keep the source, date and reason beside each decision.
